May 14,Damascus: Just a couple of days before Hezbollah terrorist group, of its commander Badreddine being killed in Syria, former FSA Brig. Gen.Mithghal al-Batish, revealed that Iranian regime's continued plans to attack the already besieged Syrian city of Aleppo.
Here's an exclusive Media Express clip from the interview with the former serving high ranking General in the Free Syria Army (FSA), which was sent to The Oslo Times, today.
Interviewed in Arabic, alongside an English-language translation, Brig. Gen. al-Batish also confirms the ‘death toll of Bashir al-Assad’s military forces to be around 200,000.’ On the legitimacy of the Brig. al-Batish intelligence he replies ‘we have accurate sources coming from the conflict zones. And we do review and clarify the information. Also with the Iranian resistance (PMOI / MEK).’
Two touch points reflecting the Iranian regime's complicity in the Syrian massacres, the Brigadier says ‘Bashar al-Assad’s regime uses Iranian forces to fuel the war’, and that right now the ‘main mobilization of the Iranian regime is towards Aleppo.’
The Brigadier’s revelations follow from Sunday’s report by The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) ‘of high casualties in Aleppo battle’ and that over the weekend the ‘Iranian regime’s forces in Syria suffered heavy blows from Syrian opposition fighters.’
Also adding the ‘Al-Assad’s remaining in power is a “red-line” for Tehran.’Brig. Gen. al-Batish’s interview comes on the day that negotiators from the main Iranian opposition group meet in Paris with US Secretary of State Kerry, with Germany also being represented, to discuss the apparatus of political intervention needed in the besieged region around the Aleppo front.
