Three killed in Colorado Clinic shooting
Three people were killed in a planned shooting at a Perenthood clinic in Colorado Springs on Saturday.
According to the authorities, five police officers were among the injured, who were being treated in local hospitals. The Police had sealed off streets around the centre as officers tried to make contact with the suspect.
"We did get officers inside the building," police Lt Catherine Buckley was quoted telling the local media. The Police have said that the suspect had been seen carrying "some bags" into the building and teams were combing the area for possible explosives.
The Planned Parenthood Clinic is a healthcare non-profit-making group with 59 affiliates and 700 clinics around the USand it is the largest single provider of abortion in the US, which is suspected to be the reason behind the shooting.
