    Tunisia National Dialogue Quartet wins Nobel Peace Prize

    Oct.9, Oslo: The 2015 Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded to the Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet for its decisive contribution to the building of a pluralistic democracy, the Norwegian Nobel Committee has announced.

    "The prize is intended to encourage Tunisian people", the Committee said on Friday.

    The jury cited the group for "its decisive contribution to the building of a pluralistic democracy in Tunisia in the wake of the Jasmine Revolution of 2011."
