    Nigeria's spiritual leader says  muslims who engage in killings, suicide bombings will go to hell

    (Kaduna) Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs President, Sultan  Sa’ad Abubakar warned the country's muslim youths against killing of innocent people or engaging in suicide bombings, saying those involve in such acts will go to hell in the hereafter.The sultan was addressing over two hundred Muslim youths at the first National Convention of Muslims Students in Secondary schools with the theme:Securing our Nation’s Future: The Role of Muslim students” held at Kaduna North-West part of the country at the weekend.“Any Muslim involves in such evil is not a true Muslim and will go to hell because Islam does not ask anybody to kill and if anyone tells you to do so, please ask the person to send his children first” he said.Sultan  Sa’ad Abubakar  told the students that if any Muslim leader in their societies urges them to come out for any form of demonstration, they should ask the person to lead the protest or bring his children to lead before they obey.The Sultan urged the students not to allow themselves be used by unpatriotic politicians, adding that Islam do not support killing as he appealed to them to make  use of what they leant during the 5-day workshop to impart on their fellow Muslims and non-Muslims in their various schools across the county.In his remark,  Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Society, Alhaji Abdulakadir Lere explained that the aim was to make  Muslim youths understand what Islam region stands for.Earlier in his speech, the National Amir of the Society, Brother Muhammad Jameel Muhammed said the group was seriously worried about the fallen standard of education among Muslim children and communities in the country.
