Explosion at Afghan capital Kabul leaves dozens injured
Jan 20, Kabul: A dozen people have been injured when an explosion hit near the Russian embassy in Afghanistan's capital Kabul on Wednesday.
Sources said that a suicide bomber targeted an Afghan government vehicle, reportedly carrying government personnel.
Another witness who works in the Afghanistan Ministry of Home Affairs said that the suicide bomber was on a motorbike, when he hit the vehicle, Al Jazeera news report said.
The attack happened during rush hour along a busy road leading to the country's parliament.
