Democrat Clinton and Republican Trump win big in Arizona
March 23, Washington: US presidential front-runners, Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump won Arizona's primaries on Tuesday.
Trump's victory gave him all of Arizona's 58 delegates and inched him closer to the 1,237 needed for the nomination.
The issue of immigration loomed large in the south-western state, the biggest prize in the latest round of contests.
Polls showed that Trump's anti-immigration message resonated with the state's conservative voters.
With Arizona's growing Latino population, Mrs Clinton continued her success by courting minority voters.
"Incompetent Clinton, despite the horrible attack in Brussels on Tuesday, wants borders to be weak and open-and let the Muslims flow in," tweeted Trump as Clinton celebrated her own Arizona victory. "No way!"
The last thing we need are leaders who incite more fear," she said, alluding to Trump.
